Third Ward

Considered the most diverse of the four quadrants is the Third Ward. This popular neighborhood offers single-family homes, apartments, condos and the Carolina Panthers Stadium. Third Ward is also home to Gateway VillageJohnson & Wales University, Ray's Splash Planet and Frazier Park. Many new developments, including a AAA baseball stadium and several residential highrises, are planned and/or under construction.



230 South Tryon
This will be the newest addition to South Tryon when completed with 110 units and 13 stories. One of only a couple residential buildings on Tryon, 230 South Tryon will include a pool, fitness center, cyber cafe and more. Each condo has it own balcony with views of the city. Plans have also just been announced to build a Ruth's Chris Steak House adjacent to 230 South Tryon.

First Row Warehouse is the first of the buildings in the Third Ward Warehouse district to be constructed. This mixed-use project includes condos, townhomes, and live-work condos.

Luxury Lofts at Warehouse Three is one of the most unique of the buildings in the Third Ward Warehouse District. Buyers have the option of either buying a "shell" and finishing the loft themselves or buying a completely finished loft.

Trademark
Boulevard Centro's next high-rise to be built is Trademark with 202 units and 28 stories. Construction is already well underway on this building.
