Fourth Ward

The city's first major historic neighborhood preservation effort took place in  Fourth Ward. The Citadin The Citadin, with 427 units and two 25-story towers and two 11-story buildings, is such a large project it will be built in various phases. When finished, it will have brownstones, townhomes, two high-rises, and two mid-rises. It will also have retail on North Graham. All of this will fit into one full bock on North Graham between Eighth and Ninth Streets. Price Range: $200,000 - $1.7 million.
