Greetings! I'm pleased to announce we are now on the bandwagon and have added this blog to our website. This allows us to show off our expertise 
and bring you even more information about Charlotte, Lake Norman and it's surrounding communities. The best part is that you the consumer can add your comments and feedback. Here's more great news. Our custom IDX search is almost complete. We understand the importance of providing the best property search features to the public. So what's so special about this new property search? What's in it for us?? Let me answer. This custom IDX property search has been custom built just for our website. The design and functionality has taken over a month to produce using the finest team of programmers and designers @ REW. They built the "Mercedes" version for searching for properties that includes all the upgrades. Here are just some of the features that will be available early September.
- Save your favorite properties - Yes
- Set up searches and receive new listings by email as they hit the market - Yes
- Mapping - Yes, using google mapping. Really great feature!
- Search by schools - Very important!
- Search by subdivision - Yes
- Search by county, city, year built, address, mls # or zip code - Yes to all!
- Search for only waterfront, waterview, pool, golf course etc - Yes
