Did you know that only approx 5 – 6% of all Charlotte area real estate agents have the ABR designation? This designation is the Accredited Buyer Representative and is a two day class and few hundred bucks. To use the designation you must have five closed transactions. Simple enough. After reviewing the CMLS agents roster I gathered this “rough” data. Of 11,000 members less than 600 had taken the time to get more education to enable themselves to better serve their buyer clients.
